Ya see, most people say “diet starts Monday” or “I’ll start exercising on Monday” but then go out and eat loads of crap at the weekend or binge drink with the “diet starts Monday” mantra in the back of their mind.

Trouble is, they wake up Monday and feel like rubbish.
