Anyone can join the program from anywhere in the world as all the workouts are ‘at home’ workouts. All you’ll need is access to Facebook so you can check the daily updates.

Ok, I get all that Marc but I still have a few questions:

How much weight can I expect to lose?

This really depends on how hard you are willing to work and how committed you are to the programme. It also depends on how much weight you have to lose in the first place and how much excess fat you have on your body. Members have lost upwards of 25lbs in just 21 days while following this programme. That’s not to say every single person who does this program will lose 25lbs, this is simply a statement of what HAS BEEN achieved.

With that said, if you are already pretty lean and toned you can’t expect your body to lose a ton of weight but you can expect that you can get leaner and more toned than you are now.

Is this program for beginners?

Everyone can follow this programme no matter what their current level of fitness as the workouts are designed around body weight exercises using timed workouts (more advanced trainers can follow the kettlebell workuts). It’s all based on how much you can do. So as long as you have no injuries you will get results and you will be able to do this programme no matter what you levels of fitness.

 

Do I need any equipment?

There are two levels of workouts. Level one uses just bodyweight exercises so you don’t need any equipment. Level two uses a single kettlebell. So if you have experience of using a kettlebell you can follow the level two workouts. Everyone doing the Six Week Summer Shape Up programme will require a “foam roller”. Foam rolling will accelerate your body’s recovery from exercise, easing aches and pain, meaning that you’ll be work at your highest level during each and everyone of your workouts. What Happens Once I’ve Paid?

Once you have paid you will be added into a private members only Facebook group where you will be able to download the nutrition plan, recipes and workouts to complete at home. You’ll also have the chance to ask me all the health, fitness and fat loss questions you have as well as having all the support and encouragement from everyone else doing the Six Week Summer Shape Up
