Weight loss is very superficial and just focussing on that will never give you lasting results because once you are at your target weight you will stop doing all the things that helped you get that result in the first place.

Once you do that, you will yo-yo back to a heavier weight.

This is why I get everyone who joins my 21 day or 6 week programme to dig a little deeper to find out the real reason why you may be over weight in the first place.

Just scratching the surface will not keep you on target when the going gets tough and a ‘so called friend’ tries to discourage you from doing something that is important to you.

By the way, people mostly do this out of jealously. They’re jealous because the they “can’t” do it themselves. So they come out with all sorts of crap to tell you what you are doing is “dangerous” or “won’t work” or other such nonsense. Everyone has an opinion and when it comes to weight loss they like to express it 🙂

Just remember, superficial goals only ever lead to superficial results.

Spending time learning your reasons why is time well spent when it comes to achieving your goals. So look inside and discover the real reason why you want to lose weight, get in shape, and lead a healthier lifestyle.
