So What Is A Kettlebell?

A kettlebell is a cast iron weight that kind of looks like a cannonball with a handle on it. Ranging from 10lb to 100lb they are used for functional training. Exercise done using a kettlebell are great for engaging every muscle in the body resulting in a massive amount of calories burned while building lean toned muscles.

The beauty of using kettlebells is that you can flow from exercise to exercise which results in a massive demand on the body thus improving your fitness levels.

The six week Kettlebell Kinetics class will run on a Tuesday and Thursday morning

 

Location: The Natural Path Fitness Academy.

Time: 6:30am to 7:30am

This is a six week program and will cost £50 paid up front.
