Kettlebell Cardio Workout

Today I thought I’d share a sample of one of the kettlebell workouts I do to help me burn fat and develop six pack abs.

To do the workout you will need 4 kettlebells. I used 24kg, 20kg, 16kg and 12kg kettlebells. Perform 10 2 hand swings with each kettlebell starting with the heaviest, working down to the smallest. Rest for a minute before repeating 2-3 times.
