Christmas Workouts

I know, I know, you’re going to be busy as hell over the Christmas period but do you really want to literally roll into 2015 10lb heavier?

There’s a saying “if it’s important to you you’ll find a way, if it isn’t you’ll find an excuse”

These workouts take less than 10 minutes, you can find ten minutes right?

So try keep up with the foam rolling, and do the Mobility Matrix when you have the time, but if you are super busy just rotate the 9 Minute Meltdown, Tri-Fecta 4 and Awesome Abs workouts.

Top tip, don’t just do the Awesome Abs workout thinking you’ll get abs, you still need to burn fat using the other two workouts 🙂
