Win 3 months Personal Training

Spring is here and summer is fast approaching. I love the summer, it means more trips to the beach and a chance to wear shorts and t-shirts all the time. I hope you feel the same.

No? Why’s that? Christmas is long gone but do you still have a few too many pounds to lose before you feel confident enough to strip down to to your bikini or bathing suit?

You have been reading my website and putting the fitness and fat loss tips I’ve been sharing with you to good use?

Maybe you have been good with your nutrition but need pointing in the right direction with regards to your training.

Maybe you need someone to push you and really ramp up your training intensity to help you get the fitness and fat loss results that you truly deserve?

Maybe you need someone to coach you and hold you accountable to your every action to speed your results along?

Well if you are truly serious about getting in the best shape of your life then your are going to need the help of a Personal Trainer.

Personal Training really is the answer to your fitness and fat loss woes. A Personal Trainer can help you set and reach realistic goals. A personal trainer can help motivate you to reach higher and futher than you ever thought possible. A Personal Trainer can and will hold you accountable to your every action to ensure you reach the goals you have set.

Does all this sound good?

How about I sweeten the deal?

I’m looking to help one person achieve all their fitness and fat loss goals and I’m going to do it for FREE!

Well not exactly free, there are a few catches.

  • It’s going to take hard work, in fact more hard work than you could ever imagine
  • It’s going to take commitment
  • You will be pushed beyond what you thought were your limits
  • You will be required to keep a daily food diary and I will review it weekly
  • You will be required to train at least 2 times per week at my gym
  • You will be required to do “home work”

I will do everything in my power to get you in the best shape of your life, in return you will make a commitment to your self to do everything I tell you to the letter so you indeed reach the goals we set.

Failure to adhere to the above will result in the termination of the agreement. Its as simple as that.

So if you think you have got what it takes and are prepared to shed blood*, sweat and tears to reach your goals them I want you to give me your reasons why I should accept you as a client for the next 12 weeks.

I will read through all the answers and select the person I feel most suitable for this opportunity.

Train Hard, Eat Smart!

Marc

PS. I have very limited space in my diary and you will be required to stick to the training times we agree on.

PPS. Make sure to sign up for my free report at the top of the page to keep up to date with all the fitness and fat loss news. I’ll also send you a free weeks trial to my Boot Camp when you do.

    Hi Marc,

Looks like my competition is back on now but in Bratislavia, end of October.
As a future “rentee” of Marc Kent’s fitness empire, what package can you come up with for the next 6 months?
I need to lose another 8 kilos and remain fit and fighting fit?

    Your thoughts and costs…….

    Martin

  2. Marc Kent says:

Martin, that would depend on the amount of training you would be able to commit to. You need to do at least 2-3 conditioning sessions per week

    Hi,
I am 34 and not long ago had a baby. I dont have too much excess fat however what I do have is a bit squidgy from the stretching of the baby bump!I could not tell you how much I weigh as I know its more exercise that will help me with a carefully balanced eating plan. I am however still breast feeding so need to consider my baby in the process.I am able to do most training times as I am off work at the moment. My baby will have to adapt with me….

  4. Tracey babb says:

Hi Marc I have changed my eating habits since christmas 2009,i now eat healthy foods only and the odd treat, and doing a dvd 3 times a week at home,I have managed to lose a stone and a half but i do struggle and want to see more results. I have always been on the big side lost it all with weight watchers a few yrs ago but bk to the old habits after and put it bk on. I am a single parent and find classes and gyms expensive for me to go to, so for you to train me and help get me fit would be a real treat in my life. my kids are very sporty and i would love to do more stuff to keep up with them. please consider me

    Hi Marc
I put on a lot of weight when i had my two children 16 months apart. I have so far lost 3 stone and have upped my exercise now my children are at nursery but need an extra push, especially as i am going to be a bridesmaid in August and would love to have a figure i can be proud of in my beautiful bridesmaid dress. I find i get bored with my exercise routine and tend to plod along with it instead of really pushing myself to up my game. I am a very determined person and will strive to reach my goals.. although need a swift kick up the behind from time to time to stay on track!

  7. Carol Smith says:

    Hi Marc,

I’m 30yrs old and am a happy mun of 2. However in 2007 i had a big operation on my spine and although it is no excuse but since then i have gained weight and got quite unfit. I think the start of this was that i was on steroids following the op and ate loads and was unable to walk very well for quite a while so wasnt really doing alot and since then i think i’ve just been a little nervous about what i can and cant do. I know my body really well and have tried swimming and other gentle excercise but i just dont find it intense enough. Before my op i used to go to bodypump and really enjoyed pushing myself and my body totally changed shape. I really want that again to get my confidence and help strengthen my back so i can be fit and well and just get back to how i used to be. I know that i will give it all i’ve got and a little bit more. Please consider me.

  8. Hannah Bennett says:

    Hi Marc
I am 27 years old and have never been skinny but before having my little boy 14 months ago i was pretty fit, i went to kickboxing classes 3 times a wk and ran 3-5 miles at least 3 times a wk. Now i dont do any fitness and feel like i need the kick up the bum to get my motivation back, having a trainer would help no end as although i only have one and a half stone to lose, everything is just a bit wobbly these days, please help!!

  9. claire culshaw says:

As you know im a hard working well comitted person willing to try anything and push myself to loose weight and get healthy. Even though i train with you several nights a week I feel I would benifit further from one on one sessions.I need a good personal trainer to make me work hard and concentrate on the main areas of my body im not happy with. I do try to diet and eat healthy but would definately benifit from someone like yourself looking into my eating habits to let me know where im going wrong! I am very active during the day as I have three young children.I would love to be able to afford the money for personal training as I know I would get great results and fast! So please consider me , thanks.

  10. Amber Gatehouse says:

As much as I’d love to win this for myself, I’d rather win it for my Mum! Mum used to be really active and a healthy size 12 up until my Dad died 12 years ago … slowly her weight has increased and her activity levels have decreased, though she has started attending the gym and altering her diet in the last month or so. She has had one hip resufaced and unfortunately the other needs doing soon, it makes me heart broken to see her struggle with her mobility and flexibility on a daily basis. Losing weight would help her no end, however, it’s almost a catch 22 situation for her.
I am getting married in November and I know she is desperate to lose the weight by then, a helping hand in the right direction is just what she needs!
So as much as I would love the boost before my wedding for myself – I’d rather my Mum got the results she so deperately desires.

  11. suse says:

I would be willing to give 110% to 3 months of personal training, i feel it is what i need to really start seeing some results. I know i can be pushed further than i push myself currently and will stick to any routines given to me. I would give this my all, that i promise.

  12. estelle liepa says:

hi as you no recently had a baby, so really need to lose a stone to get back to my normal weight and also have a few saggy bits that need toning up!. broke my back over 2 yrs ago had a major op. before that i was quite fit riding 3 to 4 hrs a day as a job, going to the gym 3 times a wk and did a bit of climbing. now i tend to be a bit to careful with my back not really knowing what i should and shouldnt do with it. but really need to strengthen it again. tend to eat resonably healthy but have a real sweet tooth! a good kick up the arse is what i need.

  13. Dave says:

Were to start , I am a 38 year old bus driver ( not a good start sitting down for over 40 hours a week ) , I am also overweight as most bus drivers are , I also like a lot of overweight people lack the self confidence to even enter a gym and i am constantly on the obligatory yo-yo diet losing some and then putting on more . As a father of three young children i feel that i am letting them down and missing out on so much with them not being fit enough to do the usual things that fathers do with kids . One other thing i have failed to mention so far is that i am slightly disabled this does not stop me from gym work or swimming . but it does stop me doing certain activities and really i think i need only go into detail about that if i were lucky enough to be chosen for your wonderful offer and obviously as i have already touched on the confidence level being overweight and not actually liking yourself and adding to that the stigma of a disability this is some of the reasons i have never accomplished my goals in ever getting in the shape i would love to be in . I also feel it may actually lay a challenge down for you to help some one in such need of your help it would certainly make for good before and after photo’s for your site.
And all i really want is too gain the confidence to get the body i have always dreamed of and i think that starting with 12 weeks of your personal help will get me in a excellent starting place for me to carry on afterwards and hopefully get that physique i have always desired .
I just hope i have conveyed to you how seriously i want this and how committed i would be .
Just one more thing ” Please help me too like myself again because if i am embarrassed to be seen with me i hate to think how my kids feel “

  14. Jo McLoughlin says:

Since moving to Devon 2 years ago I have put on just over 1 ½ stone. I try to eat well but juggling 2 jobs I’ve found it more and more difficult to fit exercise into my daily routine. This slippery slope came to a climax this week where not only at a wedding last Saturday my dress ripped down my right side during the reception (mortifying), but on Wednesday my jeans (bought as a boyfriend fit at the time) ripped in the crotch region! I want to feel healthy, fit into my summer clothes & feel like a woman again. I need an expert to knock me into shape and show me the light again, I’m willing and committed to changing my life around, please help.

  15. Clare says:

    Hi Marc,

Firstly let me say that i think every single member would be deserving of the 1-1 personal training sessions and each and every person im sure could put foward a great case to be the winner.

Personally I would prefer to keep my reasons for wanting to win this fantastic opportunity private…..or should i spin you an X Factor style auditions sob story of how it was my dying great grandmothers parting wish for me to have defined abs and buttocks of steal? lol.
I will however just say that i have been going through a big transition in my life and to feel that i have acheived my fullest potential through fitness and nutrition with support from yourself would give me the drive and encouragement to continue towards even more achievements in other areas.

You already know i have a strong sense of comittment towards training and if given the opportunity i am more than willing to give it all i have to succeed and get the results that i know with your support are within my reach.
That said you also know that i would probably be calling you a lot of names along the way in most sessions because of the pain you cause me……so it would be no suprise if you gave this prize to someone else for a more peaceful life than the one i would bring you should i be so lucky to win. All im asking is to be considered to recieve your help to be the best that i can be, but whoever wins and if not me i will still be training and most definitely still smiling :)

    Hi Marc,

I’m 40, a single mum, being treated for chronic depression, haven’t looked in a mirror for 20 years because I can’t stand to see what’s looking back at me, morbidly obese and my body is complaining loudly about the weight I’m carrying….it creaks and groans!!
I am in desperate need of some help. I’ve tried going it alone but it never seems to work, I’m lost and need someone to show me how to work out effectively, lose weight properly and address my appalling nutrition. What makes my situation even more shameful is that I know that my dreadful habits are impacting on my youngest son and I sincerely need to help myself out of this vicious circle of self-abuse and non-existent self-esteem in order to help him too. My commitment would be full throttle and to have an opportunity like this would be most appreciated, thankyou.

  17. Ruth says:

On the outside I look like a normal happy person who is very content with life. On the inside however, I suffer episodes of depression which I have only recently admitted to myself. For me, the most effective way to control this is through exercise. This gives me a sense of well-being and an energy boost that no medication could! I frustratingly turn to food when I’m feeling low and although I eat healthy the majority of the time and appear to be of a healthy weight, I have episodes of binge eating. I have a repetitve cycle of losing weight and gaining it back again which makes my self-esteem and self-confidence sink lower. My ultimate goal is to beat the depression and increase my self-confidence using exercise as a tool, and as a result achieve a happy weight which I can maintain! This opportunity would give me that extra push to increase my motivation to the next level and improve my outlook on life!

  19. sabrina peake says:

    Hi Mark,

Havent really got a reason why you should pick me and if there is someone thats needs it more than me than i totally understand. I have always wanted to have a personal trainer, help me with what to eat and my fitness. I am 30 and in ok shape for having 2 kids, one of which is only 5 months old but there is always room for improvement in my eyes and would love to get a flat belly even tho i know that its so hard to do with out haveing a tummy tuck. lol

  20. Fiona Norrie says:

    Hi Marc
I have been trying to think of a worthy reason why I deserve the twelve weeks free personal training but I can’t find one but I know it is something I want.
Who wouldn’t want twelve weeks of one to one attention from North Devons foremost expert in fitness and fat loss?
I want it because for the last ten months I have been attending your Boot Camp and to be honest I have been amazed at the changes in me physically. I am fitter (that wasn’t difficult to achieve as there was only one direction my fitness levels could have possibly gone.)and leaner but I still have a fair way to go to reach the goals I set myself in 2009.
I know that the only person that is going to shift all this unneeded body fat is me but I am sure that commiting my self to twelve weeks of whatever you think is necessary to achieve this, will help me do it.
I know it will be hard work.I have been to Boot Camp, I’ve been to Boot Camp when you were doing Boot Camp so I know how hard it can be, I think this might be harder but I will stick at it , come what may. I promise to do whatever you say ( as long at it’s not illegal!) and I promise I won’t cry no matter how much it hurts.

i need to be pushed,i have little willpower and it drives me crazy!!!i used to be a decent size but since my kids,i crave sugar,i dont actually eat that much food, but i eat lots of sweets and i need to break the habit.i constantly feel tired and sluggish and depressed when i look in the mirror.i would love to be able to look in the mirror and love myself again, but i need help to get there.i know its very hard work and im up for that.im not very good at working by myself, but if i have someone pushing me,i will succeed.i need to change.

  22. Ben Waymark says:

    Hiya Mark:

I think you should give me the prize because I am in my late 30s but am 18 stones and I have never been in shape. If you help me into shape, you’ll know you can help anybody :-D . On the plus side, when I do something I don’t muck about, so if I win you will get 100%, because I can’t do anything any less….

    -Ben.

  23. Clare says:

I am 49 and have started doing lots of walking- the weight loss is a slowburn one but I want it to stay off.
At 25 I was 7 1/2 stone at 35 it started and it crept up to 9 stone and carried on…..yuk you yuk

I have tried the gym but I need someone with a big stick to get me back on track for my health and my future. The incentive is a 50th Birthday present to myself please.
I am avoiding myself in the mirror and think I have lost the plot, as I think I really still see myself as slim & 7 1/2 stone.
To get slim surely everyone appreciates that the only answer is to eat less and excercise more …but the missing bit is obviously you, Marc.
    Simples !!
I look forward to hearing from you and 3 months of a fitness regime/high. It looks like you are the golden key to help me achieve a long standing goal & fabulous end result .

  24. Helen says:

Like everyone else, I have many reasons for wanting to do this, but ultimately I want to have a body shape that I have never had. One that I can be proud of and not hide as I have always done.
I am sure that with your help and guidance I will be able to achieve this.
    Many thanks.
