Today I’d like to share a quick full body fat burning circuit I did with just a pair of dumbbells. In this circuit I alternate between upper body and lower body exercises which helps to get the heart rate up and burn extra calories.

The circuit took me just under 6 minutes to complete. I then had a minutes rest and completed another 2 circuits for a quick 21 minute training session.

Thanks Marc i will try this circuit as i have dumbells,unlike some of the other circuits in which i don’t have the equipment for ie. kettlebells or powerbags>
Frankie, you can always substitute dumbbells for kettlebells in the workout
