    Ok, I get all that Marc but I still have a few questions:

    Is this program for beginners?

    swingEveryone can follow this program no matter what their current level of fitness as there are 2 levels of workouts. It’s all based on how much you can do. So as long as you have no injuries you will get results and you will be able to do this program no matter what you levels of fitness.

    Why are you so convinced that this will work?

    Because over the last 3 years I have been testing, adjusting and refining the programme with all my personal training, Fitness Academy and online clients. Every workout is different to maintain enthusiasm and not allow your body the chance to get used to and predict what it will be doing. This is the key!

    Why is it only 21 days?

    Most people have heard the saying “It takes 21 days to create new habits” it also takes just 21 days to break bad habits. Not only that, when you actually think about it 21 days isn’t that long right? So all you need to do is stick to it for 21 days then I guarantee you will be ready for your new lifestyle, exercise is a drug, you just need to do it enough and then your hooked.     Do I need any equipment to do the "at home" programme?

    All the workouts are done using bodyweight exercises so you don't need any weights. If you don't have one already then I highly recommend you get a "Foam Roller" as you'll be using it on the days you're not at the Academy.
