Ok, I get all that Marc but I still have a few questions:
Is this programme for beginners as I haven’t exercised for a while?
Everyone can follow this program no matter what their current level of fitness as the workouts are designed around body weight exercises using timed workouts. It’s all based on how much you can do. So as long as you have no injuries you will get results and you will be able to do this program no matter what you levels of fitness.
Why are you so convinced that this will work?
Because over the last 12 months I have been testing, adjusting and refining the programme with all my personal training, Fitness Academy and online clients. Every workout is different to maintain enthusiasm and not allow your body the chance to get used to and predict what it will be doing. This is the key!
Do I need any equipment to do the “at home” programme?
All the workouts are done using bodyweight exercises so you don’t need any weights. If you don’t have one already then I highly recommend you get a “Foam Roller” as you’ll be using it on the days you’re not at the Academy.
