Is this programme for beginners as I haven’t exercised for a while?
Everyone can follow this program no matter what their current level of fitness as the workouts are designed around body weight exercises using timed workouts. It’s all based on how much you can do. So as long as you have no injuries you will get results and you will be able to do this program no matter what you levels of fitness.
Why are you so convinced that this will work?
Because over the last 12 months I have been testing, adjusting and refining the programme with all my personal training, Fitness Academy and online clients. Every workout is different to maintain enthusiasm and not allow your body the chance to get used to and predict what it will be doing. This is the key!
Do I need any equipment to do the “at home” programme?
All the workouts are done using body weight exercises so you don’t need any weights. If you don’t have one already then I highly recommend you get a “Foam Roller” as you’ll be using it on the days you’re not at the Academy.
What Happens Once I’ve Paid?

If you pay to attend the “in person” fitness Academy sessions:
You will have access to 18 “In Person” coaching sessions at The Natural Path Fitness Academy
You will be added to a private members only Facebook group where you will be able to download the nutrition plan, recipes and “at home” workouts for the days between Fitness Academy session. You’ll also have the chance to ask me all the health, fitness and fat loss questions you have as well as having all the support and encouragement from everyone else doing the Six Week Body Transformation Programme.
If you pay to do the programme “at home”:
You will be added into a private members only Facebook group where you will be able to download the nutrition plan, recipes and workouts to complete at home. You’ll also have the chance to ask me all the health, fitness and fat loss questions you have as well as having all the support and encouragement from everyone else doing the Six Week Body Transformation Programme.
